How Information May Be Collected#
Information may be received directly when a user registers, manages an account, takes a plan-related action, submits task proof, uses Agency tools, applies for a program feature, or contacts support.
Technical information may also be generated when a user accesses or operates the deployed website or APP. Third-party services may independently receive information when users open an external store, download link, social platform, communication service, or other external destination.
How Information Is Used#
Information may be used to provide and support the services; administer accounts and the account-creation rule; display account records; review plan, task, and Agency activity; evaluate submissions and eligibility; calculate or review eligible commissions and milestone rewards; respond to support requests; investigate suspected fraud or unauthorized access; maintain service operation; and address legal obligations.

Such changes can reduce expected results, eliminate expected results, or make continued operations less practical.
Technology, Hardware, Network, and Cybersecurity Risk#
Hardware, software, power, cooling, connectivity, network protocols, hosting, account systems, and cybersecurity controls may fail, degrade, be attacked, become unavailable, or become obsolete.
Security incidents, unauthorized access, software errors, equipment failure, communication failure, and network disruption may affect access, records, operations, or service availability. False identities, false task proof, self-referrals, coordinated activity, a prohibited additional account on the same device, or other suspected fraud may trigger reasonable verification or review and, where supported by the available evidence, the current service rules, applicable law, and reasonable review procedures, may result in access restriction, suspension, or termination.
Automated or technical indicators can be incomplete or inaccurate and may produce false positives. Where such indicators are used, appropriate manual review or other reasonable verification may be needed before a final decision. Available notice, correction, and appeal procedures depend on the final approved terms and applicable law.
Information and Model Risk#
